One of *the* best dentist experiences I've ever had (& I'm always a nervous mess when it comes to any dentist visit)! I can't say enough Thank Yous to these wonderful, talented, professional, kind folks! As a new patient, I was so thankful that I could get an appointment quickly for a semi-emergency (I thought I'd broken a back molar tooth). Everyone assuaged my fears, told me all would be fine & painless & that it would be OK -- and it was! : ) SUCH kindness & understanding put my very-nervous, panic-y, anxious adult self at ease; and the work was fully explained, skillful, expert, & beautiful! Plus, my tooth is fixed & feels great!! Highly recommended! A-mazing!!
I highly recommend White Willow Family Dental. Dr. Borowski and his assistant, Phil, were so gentle and caring to me yesterday. The office is very clean and everyone is so nice. They made me feel comfortable, which is hard to do, when I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a kid. My old dentist used to make fun of me for being afraid, since I am an adult. They did not do that here. In fact, they were the exact opposite - very caring and understanding. I definitely will be going back to them and will get on a regular schedule for the future! If you need a new dentist, like I did, this is definitely the place to go! You will not regret it!
One thing that left an impression on me after my visit to White Willow Dentistry was the professionalism of the staff. During my procedure (I had an old filling crack, and it had to be replaced). The dentist, Dr. Borowski and his dental hygienist spoke only of my procedure. Afterwards, I even got to see a view of the work done on my tooth. I felt I was the center of attention, I didn't have to listen to chatter I couldn't respond too. I liked knowing what was happening during treatment. I had a very positive experience. I also felt the office was clean & all precautions were made to keep me safe from covid-19. I highly recommend White Willow Dentistry. Susan B.
