Recently went to this location to acquire a garden "shepherd's hook" for a hanging basket ( online quote showed one for $5.00).Found two of them, but neither had a barcode nor a shelf tag. I was directed to the customer service desk and after enduring a 20 minute wait behind 2 other customers, I spoke to the representative who went through an elaborate computer search which resulted in it being listed at over $18 (and the only differences being that it was slightly longer with a hummingbird decoration attached). Any time I have been to this location, it has been a nightmare. From nowhere to park to rude, unhappy employees and long lines, nothing is easy here. There is no "running in and out." I avoid this place like the plague and will go everywhere and anywhere else BEFORE this place.

From the Brosman Security truck flying around the parking lot weaving between the landscaping like it's a slalom to the lack of care from the majority of workers we talked to this is one spot to avoid.
