Very pleased to say we had an outstanding experience with our technician Rob yesterday. We had a minor problem with our air conditioning system and Rob diagnosed the immediately and fixed the problem quickly. In a world where customer service has died, we couldn't have been serviced any better.

We bought an older house last year and knew the AC unit would need to be changed. A friend of mine recommended I call Stanley Cooper to get a quote on a new unit. They were very clear on what my options were and the cost differences between standard ac or to upgrade to a heat pump/AC unit. I felt the pricing was fair and their technicians were knowledgeable and professional. The work they did to install the new heat pump/AC unit and A coil was done neatly and efficiently.
