I had to get a drain pan replaced but there was more work than expected. Had to take the refrigerant out and the whole 9 yards because the pipes were in the way of the A-Coil.
However, they did a fantastic job. Erich is full of knowledge, cares about his quality of work and all of it shows. His assistant also was polite and knowledgeable, great guys!
There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to HVAC companies and it’s nerve wracking finding the right one, but Rossi Mechanical Services will treat you right.

We needed a complete HVAC system during the hottest days in July. Communication, punctuality and overall professional service. Pat provided expert inside on HVAC systems as well as different options, pricing and rebates opportunities. Installation days went on schedule with excellent workmanship and left all the areas very clean. Pat and the installation team E & E, explained everything about how the whole system function and got all the paperwork, certificates and rebates very quickly. Excellent experience!

Last night my AC unit started leaking water. I had to shut it down, first thing in morning I called and when the scheduler came in she would call. Kim call in afternoon and even though they of course are busy because of hot weather she fix me in then she texted me with tech's name and would be arriving soon. It was a clogged line and tested it. All good.I really appreciate the care they take for their customers.
