This provider has become a joke. I can't get anyone to attend to my medical situation. My current issue is I have put in a request to CVS Caremark for a mail order prescription and according to Caremark, they have put in multiple attempts to contact providers to no avail. In the meantime my provider appear not to be concerned about me getting the medicine i have been prescribed by Dr. Sands. I'm a week now without my diabetic medication. Where is the concern for my health. The only thing that office seem to process in a timely manner and care about, is my payment.
