I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC was so unbelievably poor that I feel compelled to warn others. This company operates like a careless, oversized machine that has completely forgotten what “expert” is supposed to mean.
Their crew showed up hours late without any prior notice, and when they finally arrived, they seemed in a rush to just “get it over with.” They hacked through the trees like they were in a demolition derby, leaving behind shredded limbs, uneven cuts, and an absolute mess across the entire property. Absolutely mauled most of the trees at the back of my property as part of a contract they have with PSE&G in NJ to maintain the trees by the power lines. Other companies have come in previous years and did necessary trimming - these guys just removed the back half of the tree. Completely barren for a 10+ foot patch now of any branches.
They then left all the cuttings on the ground overnight and came back early the next morning (Saturday) and ran the gigantic tree grinder. Appreciate the early wake up after destroying my property.
To add insult to injury - they keep coming back now weeks later. Nothing to clean up on my property... read full review

6.9.25 Completely unprofessional hacks. Up in the bucket swinging around with no plan or seemingly knowledge of how to properly trim a tree. Removed over 50% of the canopy and all central growth. Ruined what once were beautiful trees lining the streets. No regard for wildlife in the trees and did not safely close the sidewalk.
