Let me start off by saying they normally work on everyday computers. Well I took my sons Gamming PC in because it wouldn't turn on after I needed to replace the 1000W power supply. They were excellent in every way. After they inspected it they explained everything, all my options and times for completion of each option. They said the don't normally work on PCs as big as mine but they were confident they could help. New customers are usually asked for an $80 deposit which I had no problem with. It took them a few days but the had alot to do including removing all the info and reinstalling it on a new Hard drive which I had them install. I would not hesitate at all to use...read full review
