River Valley Health - Williamsport Medical & Dental is a dedicated community health center with a friendly and courteous staff. The team is so friendly, like family to both adults and children, always going above and beyond. Patients experience not a long wait, and for teeth cleaning, the office offers a gel for gums to help with sensitivity. A dentist named Dr. Dan is beyond the very best, being caring and patient with extreme phobia, helping clear up a bad infection and get teeth fixed. The chiropractor always gets the job done when adjusting, with the best team of nurses and receptionists around. Staff like Monique always has an ear to lend and words of encouragement. The team is very thorough, always gives appointment reminders, and reschedules if needed without problem. River Valley has been so helpful with resources and has given patients the confidence and hope needed to move forward and address any issues or concerns.
I have been going to this place for the last 4 or so years when I switched my primary care provider to this location. I can tell you I love this place, they have everything for all medical needs. To make things more convenient they have an on-site pharmacy which I switched to from another pharmacy I have been going to since I was a kid. I have the utmost trust in this place, always had good experiences. The place is modern, top notch facility, and for the most part great staff. I have switched my dental, medical, and pharmacy all to this location. Thanks River Valley.
Dr.Dan my dentist is beyond the very best! I have an extreme phobia of dentists and he was so caring and patient! He helped me clear up a bad infection and get my teeth fixed in plenty of time for my son’s graduation! I cannot express my feelings of gratitude and song their praises high enough! Definitely worth the wait! I am truly blessed to have such an amazing dentist and caring staff on my side!!!
