“It was great working with Amanda Evans. My home was sold in less than 48 hours at $6000 over asking price. The quick sale was due in part to Amanda's connections in the real estate market. It was the easiest home sale I have experienced!”
“Excellent communication and collaboration. I worked with Rob Pierce initially in setting the sale price of the house. He reviewed comparable home sales with me. I asked him to expand the comparison coverage and he did. We ended up with a good asking price. He communicated updates to me timely and assisted with correcting several issues in the house either by contacting an outside company or correcting it himself. He guided me along the entire process and I could count on him handling any issues that would arise. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”
“This real estate agent exceeded my expectations in every way. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the process, and always had my best interests in mind. Their communication was excellent, and they made buying a home feel easy. I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend their services.”
