Excellent communication and collaboration. I worked with Rob Pierce initially in setting the sale price of the house. He reviewed comparable home sales with me. I asked him to expand the comparison coverage and he did. We ended up with a good asking price. He communicated updates to me timely and assisted with correcting several issues in the house either by contacting an outside company or correcting it himself. He guided me along the entire process and I could count on him handling any issues that would arise. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Anne was great to work with through the whole process. Anne was wonderful after my in-person search helped find a place we had to move quickly on to ensure I didn't loose it. I then had to work remotely from North Carolina through to the day of closing when I returned. Her energy is matched by her communication skills and her goals of making sure I'm happy with the house I got (I am) and connecting me with the people I need in the community to continue to care for my new home. She has been a wonderful introduction to the Williamsport community and I'm so grateful I was connected with her for my hunt!
