Pre-visit phone calls were all handled well by staff. I brought my 94 year old mother in for an exam. Wait time minimal. Dr Phibbs was patient and kind, taking the time to explain fully the options to my mother. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phibbs.

Twice in two years I’ve had issues with my glasses first time the non glare coating was peeling on my lenses I was one month out of warranty Price optical offered no help. Just you need to buy new lenses. This year my frames had a paint peeling issue sorry out of warranty one month. I’m not new there I pay cash, no eye insurance. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t offer a discount or some customer courtesy. I think they may be offering poorer quality products than their competition. I’ve not had this problem with other eye offices and I’ve been wearing glasses since 5th grade. I’m now 70 worst experience with eye professionals.
