I just called to make an appointment and the next available appointment was not until January 2025. Are you kidding me! I stated I was almost out of contacts and the receptionist stated we can get you contacts! Well if that is the case then why can’t I schedule an appointment?? So I said guess I will find another place to go and the receptionist said ok! Not good business practices!!!
I have gone to them for years and I always found the entire staff belpful and friendly. I personally question the legitimacy of the more negative comments. Do not let those dissuade you. Price offers great service.
I will come back to add more when my son goes in next week. The young lady who made my appointment was amazing. Not being from here I was very concerned about customer service and overall treatment for my baby boy. I think that he’s going to have a good experience if the people are anything like the young lady who made his appointment.
