Not only were they SUPER patient, friendly, and understanding with teaching my son how to insert his new contacts for the first time; but they adjusted my glasses (which weren't even from there), saving me a trip to MY eye dr! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays- but they are great!

This was the best experience I've ever had getting glasses somewhere. I arrived and they were happy to help me get an exam right away, everyone was friendly, by the time I was back in my car I realized it had only taken 15 minutes to get in and out. I was told my glasses would be available a week later, probably sooner, and received a call a few days later that they were ready for pickup. I honestly would recommend this place to anyone!

Came to vision max today to get glasses for my bf because his were so out dated. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lots of laughs while getting good help. Would definitely recommend!!!
