Very helpful with rearranging Caregivers hours when the need arises. Office personnel are friendly. Great about getting caregivers hours within the closest proximity to their homes.

I reported to homewat this morning that some of my life sustaining medication was missing a whole 30 day prescription and they done an investigation and I ask the to reimburse me $ 22.00 so I can get more and homewatch did not care the said no because there is no proof. How assadine is that then 2 minutes later the called me and ask me if I was switching companies and I said yep I am new agency takes over the 25th I hope this new agency is alot better then homewatch!!!!

I wish I had done more research before selecting this company......

Homewatch Caregivers of Williamsport is the lowest of the low. That conclusion is apparent with the 1 star rating they received here, Facebook and on their Yelp page reviews!

Do your research and don’t trust this company to care for your loved ones!

I'd give a zero star if I could..... So let's start with major red flags less than 3 days in... 1. No actual proper training. Stated an hour of training is more than enough and nobody else gets more because "Medicare doesn't pay us for training". 2. You get thrown right in with no actual knowledge of the client. 3. Everything is done on an app(should I say more) 4. First 3 days I'm there other employees are beyond angry they're not getting they're full paychecks. 5. No actual communication and this comes from clients AND employees. 6. Will work you ILLEGAL HOURS (22hr shift). 7. ILLEGAL TRANSFERS my back is in continued pain due to an illegal transfer. 8. State they will pay you "higher pay" to take on last minute clients but throw a fit to pay the extra I'm still waiting. 9. They State they pay every two weeks but EVERY single caregiver for the past 3 weeks has not gotten they're full paychecks. You get part of your check and have to wait for the other half because of "Medicare reimbursement issues". 10. This is the ONLY company I've seen and heard that has serious issues with a chime bank account can't guarantee I'd get my pay if I used it for direct deposit. I could continue but I've given 10 reasons.

I wish I had done more research before selecting this company. Homewatch Caregivers of Williamsport is the lowest of the low. That conclusion is apparent with the two star rating they received on their Facebook page and Google review! We ONLY used this company only to FACILITATE funds PROVIDED by the state waiver granted to my disabled sibling. I have been the paid caregiver since 2018. We started with is company in 2021 and their ONLY ROLE is to pay me from the waiver funds granted by the state while still getting their OWN FINANCIAL Cut from it! Any homecare agency is capable of doing this. After receiving only a .25 cent raise in nearly two years, I asked how could we receive more. These are trying times especially with the rising cost of everything around us. I was told by their "schedule coordinator" and "HR/Manager" that I could possibly receive $2 more if I became a certified nursing assistant but their company didn't offer those trainings or certifications.I learned this was a blatant lie and I didn't need to become certified for anything! I was only made aware of this information after stressing myself out in attempts to find flexible programs that would grant a CNA license while still caring for my disabled sibling. The sheer audacity of their "HR/Manager" in assuming I should have been "happy" with receiving a wage that was still under $12 a hour is appalling, to say the least.....What's even more atrocious is now this company trying to extort over $5,000 from me for "client billing", due to their "non-compete agreement" AFTER my sibling was no longer their technical client, their homecare aides were never used to provide services, and I had already put in my resignation ON TOP OF THEIR COMPANY BEING PAID THROUGH THE WAIVER as well!If you're considering using this company to facilitate any waivers or care for your disabled/elderly loved one , please do yourself a major favor and consider a different company!

Horrible, horrible service. Caregivers with no experience and no initiative to learn. It is an exception when you get a caregiver that has any idea of what to do. They seem to think their responsibility is just to socialize. They call off often and the company doesn’t notify you in a timely manner. Makes it difficult for the first shift caregiver to make it to her daughter’s bus stop on time. Doesn’t do any good to complain because nothing changes.

I’ve worked for Homewatch on two separate occasions. Each experience has been great. The office staff is very empathetic and always available to answer any questions or concerns you have.
