I’ve been a loyal customer at Future Nails for years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I was charged the same price for a fill as my friend’s full set, and when I inquired, Jason dismissively told me I “won’t find nails cheaper anywhere.” My concern isn’t the cost—it’s the principle of fairness and respectful service.
Rating a 3-star because I’ve had great service up until now.

First time here today, and was blown away! Customer service was great, salon was super clean and equipment was sanitized! Hard to find a nail salon in willamsport that does quality work! Love my nails! Will definitely be my new spot!

I am in town visiting. And came here on a whim. I almost couldn't find it. But I am glad I did. The staff was friendly, they got me right in, and they did a great job. Highly recommend.
