Dylan and his team at Custom Hardwood did an amazing job with our floors! We have an 1890s Victorian and the floors are original to the house. Dylan recommended buffing and coating the original downstairs floors as we wanted to keep them a little longer but they were too thin to refinish. The floors shine like new and are easier to clean with the new coating! It’s recommended to last 10-15 yrs. We had our upstairs hallway hardwood sanded and refinished. There were many areas where the finish has been worn off from years of use. The floors look brand new! We are very happy with the work they did and his pricing is very reasonable! Dylan was flexible and easy to work with, completing some of the work while we were on vacation. I highly recommend!
Dylan installed oak hardwood flooring where we previously had ceramic tile. He then laced into the existing oak floor in two areas with outstanding results! He also replaced an area of oak flooring that had separated in the original flooring and superbly laced that into the existing oak floor. He then refinished all the existing oak floors and it looks brand new. There is no evidence of it being ceramic tile previously. What an impressive finished job. We highly recommend Dylan for your flooring needs.
Phenomenal job on my floors. Old stain job was a bit spotty to say the least. The natural color with the polyurethane brings new life!
