Mort and Dylan were amazing to work with. Their work was phenomenal and second to none. The before and after pictures speak for themselves, they even did multiple repairs to our floors including whole boards that needed replaced or filled in, plugged holes, and made us beautiful transitions going from room to room. We probably pulled about 1,000 staples out nails out of our kitchen floor and they probably did just as many, very neat that we both got to contribute to our floors restoration. They showed up on time, did a quality job in a reasonable amount of time, were very easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves, and were easy to talk to and you could tell they really care about their customers and their work. They also give great advice and gave us tips on how to care for and take care of our floors. We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to redo their floors. The floors really do make a huge difference in a room and if you have a hidden gem underneath those old carpets that you can refinish and make new it's a no brainer. Their prices are reasonable and probably about the same if not cheaper then getting new carpet or floors installed especially hardwood. If you are on the fence and not sure if your floors can be saved, give these guys a shot, because if they could save our beautiful floors, I'm sure they can do the same for yours!
We recently bought a house with super dark hardwood floors with poly smeared everywhere. The floors were extremely dark that we weren’t sure what we would uncover refinishing them as we wanted a natural appearing finish. We are astonished with how amazing the floors turned out! Mort and Dylan paid close attention to detail and really gave us everything we were asking for! Couldn’t recommend more!
