Been a Bill's customer for over 30 years. An old time family operation that puts customer service above everything else. Always friendly and knowledgable on their products. Prices are competitive with the infamous big box stores, yet their customer service excels well beyond them.

The staff at Bill’s Appliance were very kind and quick to get us an in home appointment to fix my dryer. The service technician was thorough in explaining what he was doing to remedy our issue. He even threw in some helpful tips on how to prevent any problems going forward. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them again with any of our appliance repairs or maintenance!

Always have good service very pleasant people easy to work with. If there is a problem with your appliance, they have the best repair man in Williamsport working for them. He’s very knowledgeable. Doesn’t waste time fixing the problem. Highly recommend Bill’s appliance.
