Dr Jarrett was incredibly professional and patient-oriented. She listened to and answered all of my many questions as well as responded to all of my first trial issues, even to the point of recommending another hearing aid manufacturer in her repertoire. Her follow-up idea and configuration worked much better at dealing with my hearing loss. She was calm and persistent in getting to a workable hearing solution for me. So, on this election day, Dr Alison Luzik Jarrett has my vote!

First-timer for evaluation with Dr.Purinton. Very informative discussion in pre exam before my testing. Test described concisely about what would be involved and it was very thorough. Result printout was highly detailed and described exactly what I experience every day. Recommended further check to rule out any underlying medical cause. Discussed options on aids for next visit. Excellent visit with Rachel, highly recommend! Pricing, selections and options very reasonable.Note: Should be Dr. Alison Luzik for my visit, typed wrong name and unable to change the text!

Dr. Luzik provided an excellent hearing evaluation. She assisted me with my decision and patiently answered all my questions. My hearing aides were expertly programed and adjusted as needed. The entire staff is personable yet professional.
