Volunteers In Medicine provides quality care with pure compassion. The staff, including nurses, doctors, and dentists, are exceptional and amazing. Patients are treated with understanding, dignity, and kindness, without being judged. Visits are never rushed, and the team listens to concerns to provide the best course of treatment. The medical and dental sides are a God send, offering access to care otherwise unavailable. A food pantry is also available on Mondays. The team works together like angels.
I can not say enough about the quality of care and the pure compassion the folks at VIM provide. Since the first day I walked in I was treated with understanding of my situation and not once “judged”. The staff is exceptional and the care I have received has been nothing less than amazing. I’ve never felt my visits were rushed and the staff actually listens to your concerns. As a team they work together to provide the best course of treatment they can provide. In my opinion they are all angels in their own way. Thank you all.
This place is a God send...the medical and the dental side! I've always been treated with dignity and kindness and get quality care, which I otherwise could not have access to. A huge asset to NEPA and those who are working, but underinsured or uninsured. These volunteers are angels on earth, and there are not enough words to express my gratitude for their skills and selflessness.
