Excellent. Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I had an opportunity to speak to the owner and she took the time to explain everything to me until I was very satisfied. Answered every question with a smile it’s nice to be treated in this fashion, wonderful upbeat atmosphere and I would recommend them to anybody. I walked out of there with just what I needed. Perfection. If you need tile, this is the place to go.

The workers don’t even acknowledge you are in there. Then, when you ask for help they seem bothered. Horrible customer service.

They have a huge selection. I liked one tile and brought home a sample. When I went back to order it, I was told it was back ordered. I'm pretty sure he knew it was back ordered when I picked up the sample and I wish he told me that before I fell in love with it. So, we ended up with a similar tile that they had in stock and purchased the tile and grout. We ended up with two unopened boxes after the job was complete. I returned the boxes and was told they couldn't credit my credit card and would mail me a check. I called after two weeks because the check wasn't received. It's been a MONTH and I still haven't received my refund. This is ridiculous. They've had the use of my $111 for a month now. When I called, they told me it could take up to a month to get the refund. I just don't understand why they couldn't credit my credit card. Beware if you buy too much tile!
