Ridi and the staff at The Factory did a fabulous job of assisting us in selecting the perfect chairs for our dining room. This is a super place! I plan on coming back for additional pieces.

When I walked in looking for an Amish dining room set I got a warm welcome from Corey. He has been exceptional since that moment. I picked everything out but had to put it on hold for about 6 months. So when I just went back a few weeks ago there Corey was and kept all our input from our 1st visit and we continued on made some adjustments and made the order. Corey has been so patient and pleasant when I was not sure on some sizes,chairs,etc. we put it on layaway and waiting for it to be finished and delivered. Corey’s personality sold me and I would go back. Great furniture guaranteed for life. Thank you.👍

Rudi and the team were amazing! The product selection was incredible and Rudi wasn't pushy whatsoever. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything very simply for us. Can't recommend them enough!
