Very big facility with lots to offer. Large pool for laps with several lanes. Hot large ja uzzi and a steam room. Basket ball court whi h is full size for multiple pick up games. Boxing area including 2 working speed bags, multiple heavy bags, a timer and a fo us bag. Lots of weight equipment both old and new. Bikes and all types of classes . Seem to have everything here but it's expensive. $20.00 per day when other gymsharge near that a month.

Undisputedly the best gym in the greater Wilkes-Barre/ Back Mountain area. When in town I drive all the way from the far side of Dallas, totally worth the extra commute. No other gym has a lap pool, sauna, steam room, basketball courts, boxing room, tennis, etc in the area. There is also plenty of weight room space so you do not have to be on top of other customers. Staff is amazing as well.

Truly remarkable space, with nearly every piece of equipment or device imaginable. Professional and friendly staff. You can do anything you want, it’s an athlete’s dream come true.Would give it 5 stars but cleanliness is an issue. Locker rooms could be a bit cleaner, especially the shower curtains. Just wear some slippers and try to keep your stuff off the ground!
