I have been a customer of Giant Floor for many years but my last visit and purchase is the reason why I am going to be a customer for life I had an issue with my area rug wrinkling. When I called the store to see what I can do to get rid of them Pete went above and beyond to make it right. He had a replacement rug bound delivered and two of his employees Abdul and Maola move my furniture and laid the rug. They both did an excellent job. So very pleased with the new area rug which no longer has any wrinkles. Thank you so very much Giant Floor for taking such prompt and good care of me. My floor was in desperate need of an upgrade and needed it done pretty quick . I had the pleasure of having Ben install my beautiful new floor ! It came out perfect and most importantly he was extremely professional and courteous of my time . He also answered every one of my questions and was very helpful . I'll definitely be a returning customer because of this great experience, thank you again Ben !
Giant Floors were a pleasure to deal with, very kind and patient during our home build, which took longer than expected. Kodah and Sameer did excellent work on site, installing flooring for the entire home.
