Water company was little to no support on resolving an issue with the meter pit. Water resources was great but still needed a more permanent fix. Franchelli called back immediately - came within a few days and supporting a temporary fix until they can install a new meter pit. Thankfully they know what to do and are supporting this "hot mess". Honest and fully explain - this is a great company.
