Have worked with BCM Daytona for over 2 months or so. The leadership really steps up even when things are difficult. Plus working sentry in Tampa as well has been a blast. Lydia,Jeff, and Dee are rockstars!
BCM has come a long way. I started my journey with them in 2015 and unfortunately ended it in 2023. I have the utmost respect for the CEO, VP and The Director of Event Operations. They’ve always treated me like family. When there’s an issue with whatever it might be, they’re right there to try and resolve it. Although their hands are sometimes tied on what they can do, they do their absolute best!
I’ve worked for the company for a few years now at different job sites. Is it perfect? No. But what other job allows you to see your favorite sport and music stars while working a relatively easy job. Pay is decent and the hours work.
