I highly recommend using Spectrum Homes. We added an in law suite to our home. It turned out so much better than we expected. You can tell by their work that they have very high standards. The addition was over 900 sq ft with one bedroom, full bathroom, walk in closet with washer and dryer, kitchen, pantry, living room, and office. I also renovated the mudroom in the main house and added custom cubbies and a pantry. We worked with Brandon a lot in the beginning with discussing design.
