Home Instead provides quality home care services for seniors, including care for individuals with Alzheimer's, respite care, companionship, transportation, medication reminders, and live-in companions. With a team of highly trained caregivers, also known as Care Professionals, who are matched to clients' specific needs. The office staff is very helpful and responsive. The caregivers are kind, reliable, compassionate, and praised for their excellent communication and genuine concern. They are persistent with meals and keep clients active. The company offers flexible scheduling, including filling last-minute call-offs with aides who are absolute angels and can adapt to new environments quickly. Clients appreciate the consistent care and support they receive.
I am a caregiver for Home instead. I am very happy with the care the agency provides. I have worked with the company for two years. They actually care about their workers. They listen and address any concern with their client or employees.
What a blessing Home Instead was for my family. My sister needed care but did not want to leave her home. Home Instead made it possible for her to stay in her home. The caregivers were so helpful and caring, kind and pleasant. It was such a relief to know that my sister was getting the extra help she needed and could stay in her own home. Henry is an Outstanding care giver. He came to our home when my husband had serious health issues and needed 24/7 attention. Henry took the night shift from 9 pm to 9 am and did everything he could to keep the patient safe and comfortable. Henry was always alert when the patient needed attention and only woke me when the patient needed assistance with the feed tube.
Most evenings when Henry arrived, we were watching some type of sporting event. Henry learned what he could about sports and eventually was able to discuss some strategies with my husband. In the morning before leaving Henry helped with the bath, other needed hygiene...read full review
