I had a fantastic experience at Why Knot Wellness. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The owner Jet, who also happens to be the sole practitioner there, was incredibly kind, empathetic, and genuinely focused on my well-being. You can immediately tell she’s passionate about what she does and truly cares about her clients.
The medical massage I received was exactly what I needed—it was not only relaxing, but also deeply therapeutic. I left feeling better than I had in over two weeks. Her personalized care and attention to detail made all the difference.
I had a very profound experience happen with Jet today. She was doing Reiki on my upper sternal area when all of a sudden my heart opened and the energy went up and out of my head. Then I felt the energy travel up and down my spine a few times. Next was shaking because if stuck trauma. Then my body decided to go through a maneuver called green light. Which is part of being in ventral vagal- calming vagal part. Next was tears. Then I felt the energy go down my entire GI tract and open it up.
