From the minute you walk in you see smiles everywhere. It's easy to see everyone there loves their job. They work together one helping the other not a complaint. Even the staff at the desk showed empathy when describing my need for a visit. I asked to see Dr. Dymun and her right hand girl Jessica. They both have a wonderful sense of humor and can put their client and patient at ease. Together they worked methodically a step at a time until they decided on a plan of action-test-wait for results-another test if needed, etc.Directions were given in understandable terms and questions answered. I took one of my cats to VCA Wexford Animal Hospital two times, once with Dr. Santabene for a new-patient exam and then with a vet tech for blood tests. The veterinarian seemed to possess more knowledge about kidney disease than did other veterinarians at other hospitals. She knew that kidney-diseased cats often need daily fluids, long courses of antibiotics for urinary-tract infections, and kidney-friendly foods. The veterinarian communicated the test results and recommended treatments in a polite and thorough manner. I was going to keep my cat in this VCA's pet hotel while I was on vacation, but her symptoms got worse, so I had her euthanized elsewhere. Dr. Santabene... read full review

My family has used this vet my whole life, and they have taken great care of the two dogs I’ve owned as an adult. The front desk, tech, and vet staff are all professional and caring. At times it can be hard to get seen as there is a demand for their quality service so call as soon as you are able. Highly recommend.
