They are great. I was dealing with piriformis/sciatica pain. Being active with running and triathlons, this injury was very discouraging. My work doesn't help with my posture either, but Jonas was able to work out the problem and give me the confidence to put some races on the calendar this year. Somehow, because of the caring and lighthearted atmosphere, they make it fun to go through the pain necessary to get better. I would recommend these guys to everyone for any physical therapy need.
I originally didn’t want to go back to physical therapy because a previous experience elsewhere didn’t help my injury at all. When my doctor recommended PT again, I was honestly not happy about it. However, trying Performance Unlimited completely changed my perspective. I was shocked at how much better my injury has gotten in such a short amount of time. Jonas was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain why each exercise and stretch mattered, which made a huge difference for me. I finally feel like I’m making real progress and actually understand my recovery. I’m very glad I gave this place a chance!
Dan was able to diagnose my very obscure knee and groin pain in ways I thought was impossible. Working with him is easy and fun (not a word I would usually associate with PT!). The whole studio is welcoming, and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Performance Unlimited! Thank you Dan :)
