Dave Tumpa and Dave Bryant are good. Mr. Tumpa showed me houses in Crafton, Pa very organized. Mr Bryant had a listing 611 Stanton in Millvale, PA and took his time, he was honest and told me the house needed 30k - 50k basement work it was leaning, thus the low price 29k in April 2012, it ended up selling for 7k, at the time the family wouldnt take less than 20k , but ended up lowering it to 19k after no buyers, i think i said i would offer 10k thinking they would meet me in the middle at 15k but the family wasnt interested.
