I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. Every interaction was pleasant, the check-in process was smooth, and the facility itself was spotless and welcoming. The woman who performed my CT was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I was extremely nervous going in, but she immediately put me at ease with her friendly demeanor and obvious experience. I’m so glad I made the drive to have my imaging done here, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
Had a CT and the tech was very informative and had very good bedside manner. The Radiologist even came and talked to me before my scan to get info so he knew what he was looking for in the scan. Never had a radiologist do this. Very impressed with my experience in every aspect of my visit.
I had the experience of getting a transvaginal untrasound by a male and female chaperone. First time I've ever had a male provider is that area. I felt nothing but comfortable. He was extremely professional and made sure I felt good physically and emotionally. The whole experience went very well and I would like to thank all the staff for such a great experience!
