Great pricing, easy and convenient appointments, helpful office staff and very clean facilities. MRI technician was able to get the IV in one try! We will definitely be back for all of our imaging needs!
I needed an MRI, and appointments and reading times at the major medical institutions were hard to come by. I decided to try this place. I was nervous about it, as an unknown to me, but it worked out wonderfully. The day I was there was a busy day, but I didn’t wait long. I went back to change into a gown, and I was taken right in for the scan. The technician was nice and took the time to make it as comfortable as possible and seemed very skilled. I was sent a link to a patient portal and got my reading in a day. The facility was also nice. I would recommend this center and would return. Nice staff all around, too.
Showed up 15 minutes early - as requested to fill out paperwork.
1 hour later I'm still waiting in the lobby. I am grumpy.
Front of house and technical staff were outstanding and friendly!!
