Easy to find, but the front doors are very heavy and difficult to open for those in wheelchairs. They could really benefit from installing an automatic door openers/ button for the handicapped. Additionally, the public restroom wasn't exactly clean, but most concerning was that the toilet was unable to be flushed. I honestly thought it was going to overflow. Yikes!

Staff and Doctor were awesome. Just a concern over the wait time. Appointment was at 230. Was not seen until 330. I know that unseen circumstances sometimes happen. This must be what happened because in the past I was seen quickly.

The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and provides excellent care. Dr. Hagen is very compassionate, always addressing his patients needs. His attention to details preforming mohs surgery provides excellent results. I would highly recommend Dr. Hagen and his team.
