My Husband and I were getting so frustrated when trying to find a reasonably priced carpet and install. We are selling our home and wanted to add some upgrade without breaking the bank. This was now the second time we had had carpet replaced in our home by Floor Concepts. The first time was 10 years ago, so we decided to price other places, as well as, them.

I stopped in to Floor Concepts contemplating replacing my second level flooring. I’m typically very apprehensive and indecisive when it comes to major purchases. It didn’t take me long to find several options in both carpet and hardwood! They had a wonderful selection and I found the salespersons both knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the ease of the process from purchasing to installation. The communication was stellar, the installation was timely and the installers were awesome and respectful of my home.
