The tech who came to my home today was quick and pleasant, checked and reset all traps inside and outside my home. Very efficient and answered all my questions. Looking forward to the next visit

We have been with Viking pest control for many years. All their services are done professionally. They explain what they found and issues that they notice. Well worth the commitment.

This appointment was my quarterly check up. I received notice on 1/3 of the appointment. Josh showed up after calling me to say he was on his way. Josh was very thorough placing bar codes on all the tunnel traps. Despite the many times Viking had been here no one else had put the bar codes on to track. Josh inspected all the traps, went outside and plugged a hole that he saw. He was very thorough and did a great job. I am requesting Josh be assigned to my account; it makes sense seeing that he lives in Doylestown. Last note, the one thing that i noticed with Viking is the inconsistency of the service.
