My whole house air conditioner decided to quit yesterday. I called Paul at 8:30pm that night with my concern and he said that someone would be in touch in the morning. Jake called me in the morning and said he was heading my way to investigate the issue. Two hours later the A/C was up and running again!

Jake was very responsive and communicated every detail to us from our initial call. He looked at our current AC and furnace and explained clearly why they needed replacing. He was quick to provide a quote and as soon as the materials were ready he had his team out. Ben and Chaz installed both units efficiently and were very professional. They communicated well with us about the progress and cleaned up their work area impeccably! I'd give these guys more stars if I could. We first called them in desperation in January when our furnace stopped working and the company we used to use blew us off. It turned out that we needed a part for our heat pump. It took a while for that to arrive (not their fault, it was on back order) but we were kept informed about the status (no badgering needed- they called us!). Jake just installed the part and made sure everything was running smoothly. He also took the time to explain how everything works and answered all my questions. Their pricing is very fair and everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable. This is who we'll be calling from now on.
