I had curved steps poured to my patio back in 2011, and I've been wrestling with installing a railing for some time. After thinking about several homemade approaches, I just wasn't happy with how it would accentuate the curve of the steps. After extensive searches, I reached out to Bella, and their salesman Tim promptly set up an appointment to review my options; I booked right away. Shortly after, a technician came out and measured the curve of the steps to perfectly fit the new railing. I added a short section of straight railing just to take advantage them coming out to install the curved piece. The lead time was a little long but two important things: 1) It was pure custom job, and 2) They are busy because they are GOOD! Couldn't have been happier with the install team or the product.
Paul, Jake and the guys have been great to work with. Top notch guys and experts in their profession. Paul's son Jake is very thorough and he takes the time to explain everything.
