“I had called yesterday to have a bill corrected that PA Amer Water had really messed up and was finally resolved with them. I spoke with Carly at Legal Tax Service regarding the sewer bill that coincided with the messed up water bill, and gave her all the info of what had happened and why. She asked if she could call me back after she read all the notes on the account. (I had called previously to let them know what was going on with PA Amer Water and to let them know a complaint was filed with the PUC on the water company)She called me back in a timely manner and had resolved the issue immediately. I can't thank her enough.“
