Taxes suck for everyone, but the ladies at this office are so kind and understanding. PA Water is who we should all be frustrated with, and shout out to Cassie who went above and beyond to try to contact PA water for a completely false water meter reading.
The service is terrible for paying online. I cant get into my account called them and they said there is nothing they can do. tried to reset password with multiple failed attempts. All they want is cash or for you to come in with a money order. My bill was paid off then I received a discconnect for over 500 for 1 month and a water bill of only 40 bucks!! What is the problem here? I apperently had a balance so they claimed after the large amount I just paid! What a crock!
They make it nearly impossible to pay an overdue bill on line or in person. They literally told me to go to the bank, get cash, and put it in their afterhours drop box if I couldn't log in or get there on time. they would not accept a card payment over the phone and the website is impossible to log into. There is NO WAY I'm dropping cash in a drop box, they could claim they never received it. I will have to literally take a day off work to go there in person because they make no effort to staff for those of us who work who need to come in in person because their online payment system is antiquated and inefficient.
