We’ve been going here since my little one was 5 months old and every doctor we’ve seen has been informed, friendly, and best of all quick! My little is now 18 months and we love Dr Riley and Dr Maddalena! They just added more kid friendly activities to the wait room (new seating and tons of books!) and we love it! We highly recommend!“

They have taken ample time to answer questions, educate, and advise on the next best steps for my care. Very reasonable cost and their care is reflected with their follow through of doing what they say they will. I don’t want to get sick again, but this will be my first stop when I do!“

“From the helpful man, who parked the car; to the greeter at the elevators; the desk staff at Doctor Tan's office; to the nurses and Dr.Tan himself, everyone was caring and proficient, pleasant and professional. Everyone goes out of their way to take good care of the patients. My husband and I highly recommend them.“
“After a few months of my appointments being cancelled at the pavillion in wexford due to covid concearns, I finally decided to just go do my procedure at the GI Lab here at AGH, I'm glad I did. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, I arrived about 20 minutes early and I was taken back almost immediately, and it was only another 5 or 10 minutes before they were taking me back to do my colonoscopy. I don't remember everyone's names but I can say that the nurse who initially brought me in (I think her name was Londyn? or London? I know I'm spelling it wrong sorry!) Was incredibly professional and kind, the anesthesiologist who talked with me before my procedure and the nice woman who put me under when they actually took me back were extremely professional and I felt very safe in their care. Doctor Kochar was also extremely professional and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. While I wouldn't recommend a colonoscopy, if you have to get one, I recommend the GI Lab at AGH I was in and out within 2 hours. They were very respectful of my anxiety and the facility was extremely clean. Not to mention the incredibly soundtrack they had which was Tom Petty the entire time! Again I strongly recommend them if you absolutely need to have a colonoscopy done.“

501 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh“This was my first time going to Century Medical Association. I hadn't gone to a gynecologist in Pittsburgh yet so I didn't have a regular doctor. I was experiencing an issue and needed to be seen sooner rather than later. I was able to schedule a next day appointment with century medical association! Once I arrived the staff was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. I was seen right away. I saw Dr. Vasquez. He was great! Incredibly nice and he thoughtfully answered all my questions. It was a quick appointment but it did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend century medical and Dr. Vasquez!“

“This facility is very welcoming. You are greeted warmly when you enter. I was here for my annual mammogram and check-in staff were enthusiastic about all this facility offers and really wanted me to know this particular venue was a Magee facility just like Oakland. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment, was led back to another waiting room just for the mammogram department and shown where the dressing rooms and lockers were and guven instructions to wear the gown with opening in front. One little beef here -- the instructor laughed, directing her comment to another patient already dressed in said pink down waiting saying " I should have a recording". Sigh. I could do without the unintended cavalier attitude to what could be a serious outcome given the high percentage of breast cancer diagnoses. Do better, UPMC. This was also informed the lockers, which appear to have a digital code on each of them, did not lock. Again, UPMC, why not? I only waited a short time then was led by the mammogram technician to a room with all the equipment. She was pleasant enough, gave adequate instructions, but never bothered to even pretend to be concerned whether the procedure was comfortable, painful, etc. during the process of smashing breasts iin the machine. I would have liked at least the pretense of caring. All of this would seem a normal process for delivering and getting a mammogram but I will tell my review readers and UPMC staff reading this, it does not have to be. I will direct you to Excela Square in Irwin, PA. You, the patient get to wait in a private room with TV, all by yourself. You are treated with care and concern, no off the cuff remarks that are uncaring or appear to be by a bored employee. They get it. Each and every staff member treats you as if this is an important procedure with what may be a critical outcome so everyone is respectful. Just sayin'.“
