She was very transparent about all aspects and fees of the process. She accepted card payment with an added 3% charge which was worth it for me for the convenience. Have been using the business for some time now. They seem to be growing rapidly and have some challenges in keeping up with quarterly schedules. On quarter, it will be 4 months in between treatments and the next quarter it will be 2 months between treatments. Really do like the employees. They are all friendly and nice. Completely trust them to go through and around my house without me being present.

Ordered tubing for new garage floor. Staff completed the tubing diagram and required supplies. When installation began, it was discovered that there was a shortage of foam sheets. Steve not only had the foam shipped to me the following day, he re-worked the number of required sheets with remaining space and sent a refund check with the driver!

I had my disabled vehicle towed to Clevenger’s. After checking it, he reported that it was beyond repair for such an old vehicle. I’m not from the area, so it was difficult to manage disposing of the vehicle. They really went above and beyond to help with the logistics. They were very kind and I am grateful for their assistance.

I had them do yearly maintenance on my mower, including swapping out the battery. After getting it back the battery fell out of its spot and shorted out. They took responsibility, and swapped everything out, no questions asked. Highly recommend
