The absolute best. A truly welcoming commUNITY with an array of classes to meet all levels of interest/experience. Instructors are very supportive and genuinely care; modifications are always an option and everyone is welcome and made to feel included. I've been able to safely explore my evolution on the mat and beyond and supported by this studio and its people so strongly - I am so grateful for discovering this local gem.
