I called Ryan at the office and he was very helpful. Then Mike came out to actually deliver the propane. We were completely out of propane and they took the time to help us and deliver it today. Thanks so much to Schagrin Gas!

Bradley did the annual service on our Regency Fireplace Insert. Bradley called and advised he would arrive in about 1/2 hour. He arrived on time and completed the job in a very professional manner. He fully cleaned the unit and lit the pilot and is working perfectly. We are very pleased with Bradley’s work and keeping us advised of his timely arrival, as well as Schagrin providing text messages confirming the status of appointment. Excellent Experience.
