Jenn and Mike were great to work with for the rental equipment for our kids graduation party!! Quick responses, simple and clear communication, professional set up and removal of equipment! 10/10 would recommend them again and again
We have rented from BouncyTime twice and the experience has been nothing but great! They arrived and set up tables, chairs, linens, tents and bouncy house, making sure everything was where we wanted it. Everything was clean and in good condition. They also left the bouncy house through the weekend for kids to enjoy. Jen, Mike and the team are nothing but professional and accommodating in every interaction. The young kids working for them are professional and courteous as well.
We had a strap break due to very high winds over night and within an hour of calling about it, Mike was in my back yard fixing it.
I definitely recommend them for all of your party needs!...read full review
