When my elderly father’s air conditioner was struggling to keep up in the excessive heat last week I reached out to Josh late in the evening. He immediately came out to my dad’s house the following morning. Thankfully the problem was a quick fix. He was extremely responsive and thorough. Plus he took time to chat with my dad. My dad was not a client prior to this visit. Josh has his business now! Thank you so much.
Having just moved to the area 3 weeks ago, we turned on our AC and the fan outside stopped turning. I called three AC companies and Air Control Heating & Cooling was the only one that called me back within 10 minutes. Josh showed up the next day took care of the problem and our air was working fine. Josh explained the problem and was very professional.

Air conditioning went off late evening Wednesday. Made a call and Joshua was at our house and resolved issue by 1pm Thursday. Fantastic service and responsiveness……. So happy we are a customer
