Our 5-year old A/C system decided less than a week ago that it was time to give out. After having Christian from Signature out to assess the issue, we were given a number of different options for repair and/or replacement, but were encouraged to check into our HVAC system warranty coverage by Christian. I appreciated his complete transparency and his willingness to do what was right by us as the customer. After digging, we found out we were just out of our warranty period, on Saturday mid-morning. Tyler is a 5star technician. He came out to do my semi annual unit service and discovered my UV light needed replaced. He completed the UV job today.
