We’ve been Terminix customers for a few years now, and our technician Tyrone is the reason we keep coming back. He always shows up on time, is friendly and easy to talk to, and takes a few minutes to explain what he’s doing if we have questions. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing a good job. Having the same reliable, friendly technician visit after visit makes a real difference — thank you, Tyrone, for the great service all these years!
We've used other pest control companies in the past, but recently moved into an older home (built in the 1800's) and saw some evidence of bugs, mice, and birds getting into parts of the house. Terminix have been in their own league of treating the property - the birds gone same day, within a week no more bugs, and already on the way of solving the mice, with proactive check-ins and follow ups to stay on top of the issue.
Our follow up was with Ken Beeler and after seeing some of the mice traps triggered he even went ahead and did more exclusion/sealing treatments on top of cleaning up the traps and getting new ones placed.
