We had a heater and air conditioner installed on July 12th. The 2 guys that came out did a good job as far as I can see however the issue I have with this company is the office. There were 2 pipes that they put in for the heater that were left exposed to the outside of the house where small rodents or birds could easily get in. The sales guy who we booked the service with came out a week later to check the job they did and said he would take care of the pipe coverings and that they would also take care of the inspection. Then crickets. I had to call the office numerous times before someone finally came out a month later to place the pipe coverings. I spoke to Sarah on 8/12 I still have not heard when these units will be inspected or when we will get a bill for these units. I left a message with Julian 1 week ago and still no call back. They say their business hours are til 5 yet I called yesterday at 4:30 and today at 4:45 and they are gone for the day. We are wishing we went with Raynor for these services at this point.

I had sunrise install a split unit and a tankless hot water heater. They did a fine job, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and they train me about all the ins and outs of operations care of the units and the work that they did. I highly recommend them with no reservations.
