Mark came to try and fix a refrigerator however it needed a compressor and was not worth fixing. Mark seems very knowledgeable I took his time explaining what was happening with a refrigerator.

Nikita was punctual, knowledgeable, and very honest. Unfortunately, my stove could not be repaired because the required part is no longer manufactured. The technician, Shyheim, was very polite, professional, and on time. He examined the range hood exhaust fan thoroughly, ultimately determining it would need to be replaced, as parts for it were no longer available. The replacement would luckily be covered by my Sears home appliances warranty. Top-notch service--great experience.
